Plastic Injection Template is a preconfigured application software that manages various types of plastic injection machines, including hydraulic, hybrid, and full electric. The Template provides control and full configurability of every movement of the injection cycle (carriage, mold, injection, extraction, and loading). It also controls movement of accessories to the injection cycle, such as jacks, blowers, and SVGC (Sequential Valve Gate Control), needed to produce some special products. Great attention has been paid to providing production quality data by means of a series of graphic interfaces such as GANTT movements, quality control, energy meter, and graphic movement. In addition to standard injection machine functions, the Template provides a series of automation functions: Active and historical alarms management User management Recipe management (configuration and production) Multilanguage management Preventive maintenance management Operator access log Weekly clock for temperature control activation Remote access Connection to HMI/Scada via Modbus TCP The Template software is open-source code for easy customization of the graphic interface and of machine control.
